Sustainable environmental protection is very important to us – we are a Climate Protection Partner and try to minimize our environmental impact by
- Heating the LAND-LEBEN deep fryers and baking ovens in three stages
- Thermally afterburning the exhaust air from our production lines to eliminate odors and emissions
- Heating with biomass, reducing emissions by approx. 70 % or 900,000 kg less CO2 per year
- Using the heat from the production process to heat the water used to prepare dough and also to heat the building.
- Using systems designed to discharge a minimum amount of deep-frying oil, which can be reused for other products.
- Purchasing local ingredients to save transport resources.
